Quality SLR camera or not?

I thought the price was pretty decent. I just need a decent camera to shoot quality action shots in local sports. One that can do the sequence shots.

hows the canon digital rebel XTi.. i got a decent camera but it's no slr.. i was wonderin' bout the canon.. seems like the price keeps goin' down.

I've got the rebel xt and I'm loven it...very good quality....I just want to get some different lense though...the xt is 8mp and the xti is 10...so you most likely would get a little better quality and a few extra bells & whistles.
