It's bad for you? I always thought it had them essential nutrions and vitamins.
But Yeah I eat oatmeal ALL the time.

yeah I eat the regular flavored oatmeal all the time but that strawberries & cream got 12 g of sugar per packet :cry:

Yeah comes in all types of crazy flavors. Banana nut bread, blue berry, strawberries, etc. I usually buy the variety pack box take two packets put them in a bowl, add milk, and microwave it for 30secs.
