PSP memory card problem

hey I formated my Duo stick thru my computer and now when I trow the duo stick into my PSP it dont recodnize the card is in anymore. I put it in the PSP and format the duo stick useing my PSP but it saiys there is no stick in it. Can anyone help me with this?
