I registered two new domains yesterday. Both PS3 related sites. One of them, www.PS3Channel.com will have PS3 related video , game videos, trailers and downloads. It will be formatted for the PS3 Browser only. You can still visit from a PC. It just won't look like a traditional site. There will be no banner ads or any ads at all for that matter on this site. I'll try to make it look a console interface as much as possible. Stay Tuned

PS3Channel.com seems more appropriate for a gaming site like yours. I'll take a few tricks from previous sites and combine them for this one. I'm shocked that I was able to get it.

We'll see how it works out first. The PS3 browser so far aint the best in the world. Some Flash files trip out. But I've happened to stumble upon a FLV Player that plays flawlessly on it. In video ads maybe. I want the page to load as quick as possible. G4TV has a page formatted for the PS3 also. check theirs out here:

when you visit the main page it detects your browser and redirects you to the appropriate page. This is what I will do also. what's funny is I will feature their videos as well.

you should see how this one takes off with the ps3 growing in the market. psp also has a browser, as does the wii. i dont know much about xbox but im sure the 360 has one too.

That's why I jumped on it. With Blu-Ray on top...that means PS3 Growth. About the other platforms, I don't own a Wii or PSP. I also registered www.playstationchannel.com to cover the PSP and PS3 as well, and to futureproof the site for PS4 , PS5 etc(unless they change the name). All the good XBox domains are taken...I have some ideas though. No browser support yet for 360.

Video Channel for the PS3. Theme downloads. I'm open to suggestions as well. No game downloads. Unless I get permission along with links from Sony. Unlikely though.

Dont wann end up like this
After having fun with the PSP Game and Video downloads for over 2 years, it all has to finally go. Sony yesterday issued a Cease and Desist letter to our company office in San Diego, California telling us that if we don't remove the downloads on this site they will pursue criminal charges for helping in copyright infringement.

As much as we love the downloads, we love ourselves to be clear from fines of any kind as well as any sort of jailtime so we have removed the downloads. You guys may think that the downloads are legal but they are not, and if you think that just because there links we will be fine then you are wrong as well. The U.S government has changed over the last few years dramatically, and it's just going to get more stricter on copyright protection every day on.
