ps3 booting up emulators roms

does anyone now if you can boot up emualtors and play games such as for snes ps1 nes, sega...etc. since its just like the psp almost, can you do such thing on the ps3? i do now that you can use that linux but i dont want that.

Yeah, get YellowDog linux. You have to partician the harddrive for Linux and PS3 files. You can even run games like Doom and Quake with certain emulators.

I would rather play ROMs on pc. You would have to use a keyboard for Linux on PS3, unless you found an app that can convert keystrokes to the buttons on a controller.
