PS2 Back-Up Media ?

OK, so I got ah Mod chip in my PS2 finally. Now have any of you had any trouble burning off the laser with any kind of disc? Im reading that some media is bad and some are good for ps2 back-ups. What kinda discs do yall use? TDK,Memorex,Sony,Staples,Imation etc. :eyecross:

TDK AND MEMOREX work really good for me. If u dont know if u got a good burner just be on the safe side and burn with 1x speed. Will help keep the game playing smooth.

thanks for the advise, TDK seems to B' working fine, I just need to burn at ah slower speed.

u want to get the 4x or 8x speed on the dvd and dont buy cheap ones the disks dont last long. i use memorex 8x dvd and they work great. and dont get sony they dont work. and make sure u burn on 4x speed
