lol^^^^

I am not going to say I'm ashamed of being American, but I definetely dont own an American flag or anything else like clothes that say "USA #1" or some shit like that. And I definetely DONT get a sense of pride when learning about any US history before 1848ish and not having to directly with Mexicans. I was born into this situation and all I can do is go with it.

nationlism can go down the toilet.
I'm proud of being ME. A flag, national anthem, national colors, or a piece of property(US) doesn't define who i am.

I'm proud of having the opportunity to live another day on Earth. I can honestly say that I can jot down and list the many things I'm proud of and "Proud to be an American" is not one of them. To each his own.....

I understand, not being proud of the Government, but if you're not proud to be an American, and not able to distinguish the difference between people and government, you're are lost. I am proud to be an American, because I can enjoy this liberty while I still can enjoy it, you might as well live in a communist country.
