I havnt heard anything about this game until now.. It looks very impressive, and most of all its gonna be a open world/freeroam world just like GTA4.. Lots of websites are comparing it to Grand Theft Auto too, idk how simular the two are but this game defantly looks dope.. Reminds me of Grand Theft Auto, Dark Sector, and CrackDown all mixed into one!

why does every sandbox/free-roam game have to be compared to GTA???

Beats me.. Maybe because GTA is the only free-roam game thats popular enough to be compared too? Like i said the only simularities i saw were the free-roam ability.. :) Either way looks dope.

They're having some development issues with Prototype. The Online-Multiplayer feature was just announced to be scrapped...

Not even.. All that means is its gonna be like BioShock, once its beaten it wont be any fun.. Multiplayer imo is the only reason that keeps me playing a game after its been beaten.. But by the looks of Prototype it's sorta like CrackDown, even when you beat it you can still run around town and do things.. Still, w/o a multiplayer idk it dosnt sound as fun as it used too.. btw, is this a PS3 only title?

its multi-platform and who gives a shit if it dont got multiplayer. its better that way so they can focus on the game itself and make the game the best they can. and this shit is nothing like GTA.

I wouldnt say its "nothing" like GTA.. It's a video game, like GTA.. It's comin out for the PS3 + Xbox like GTA.. It's also a open world game, just like GTA.. Maybe the plot isnt like GTA, but theres a lot of other things about it that are like GTA..

And i agree, if they're gonna sacrifice the multiplayer for a better singleplayer, then im all for that.. Shit, i wish other games would sacrafice their multiplayer mode for singleplayer mode.

How many games have magazine and website retards called GTA killers? Quite a few. Crackdown for one, which sucks massive dick.
That game does look fun though. With the cool killings and gore.

Yeah it does sound hella dope.. I was sold right when i saw dude make a defensive sheild, shit looked dope as fuck.. And wow, i didnt know frontlines: f.o.w got canceled for the PS3.. :( y'all are missin out! I love playin that game with 50 other people online... And to whoever said crackdown sucks, wow.. I LOVED crackdown, i played it for hours jus scaleing buildings and shootin up gangs.. :) I Loved it!
