hdmi works better but they have the a/v cables for hd picture plus the hdmi comes standard with 360s now i believe

PS3 has a web browser and can play Blu-ray. 360 plays regular HD-DVD, they also charge you to play online. Right now both systems have the same graphics but PS3 is capable of more just wait till kill zone come out. Also PS3 has tilt control so you feel me when you play the new Ratchet & Clank you have to tilt that bitch on some levels it's funner. 360 has achievement and a better online community.

Backwards compatibility IMO isnt necessary for the 360. Its not like the xbox had so many games that were actually good and had something you cant experience on current gen games. You see they removed BWC on the newer cheap model and took the same route as MS with the new 80gb model as far as BWC is concerned. The games that most people cared about are BWC and its not like xbox's are exspensive. I got a newer xbox (1.6 which is the last version made I believe) for 30 shipped on ebay and modded that bitch.

Maddon 08 is the same on the 360, except 360 has slightly better frame rate, so if you didn't like it on the ps3 it's the same on 360, be mad at EA.

Oblivion is one of the highest rated games ever (even though I'm not into that shit either) and it's virtually the same on both systems.

fight night round 3 was a joke too!!

FN3 is also on both systems, although the PS3 one is better because you can fight first person view if you chose to. Other than that its the same game.

All of your criticisms have been with games that are on both systems, so it really doesn't make much sense.

Newer games on the ps3 are just as good, if not better (as far as graphics, frame rates go) than the 360 versions.

Really it comes down to what other people already said - 360 has better online community, but you have to pay, it also has more games out. PS3 has blue ray, free online, lots of potential. Both systems have virtually the same games, however both have their own exclusives. Etc, etc.

Bioshock and forza 2 are the only exclusives that 360 has that i hella like other then that all the games i like are on both systems besides warhawk and maybe halo 3 if you like that shit, its way overrated.
