Do you homies have strict routine aka Machina that you do by yourselves?
Me not much just a couple
at least 150 pushups
I try my best to do as much Burpies, every 10 burpies=1 set, at least 50
Curling until my arms can no longer take it
I don't do sit ups anymore I'm too lazy
Running for 30-an hour around the block
That's pretty much it
Any routines you homies do? I don't use heavy weights anymore, I just stick adequate weights and push-ups.
