Are there any professional athletes that you may have played Little League, High School, or College sports with, whether it be football, baseball, basketball, or any other sport?

I played high school football with Derrick Johnson. I know there's 2 or 3 Derrick Johnson's playing football currently. This Derrick Johnson is not playing professionally anymore. He played defensive back for the 49ers maybe around 2004-2005. Then he got hurt and tried to make it on another team, but with the injury I guess they pretended they did not know him anymore.

I played college baseball for a semester with two professional baseball players. One is named C.J. Wilson and he is a left-handed closer on the Rangers. The other is Josh Whitesell. He was called up by the Diamondbacks at the end of the year when the teams were allowed to expand their rosters. I believe he is an outfielder and hit around 30 home runs in AAA ball. His AAA offensive numbers were pretty impressive.

Played football with Jake Shermer he's playin at Kansas University. Seth Mason He's playin football at Central Missouri State. Had full ride to mizzou but they wouldnt let him run track too. Played baseball with Lucas Harrel who is now i belive on the minors with the white sox... thats all i can remember right now

My brother won't see or post in this thread, so I will answer for him.

He played baseball with CC Sabathia.

edit: forgot, my husband also played football with CC.

A cat named Steve Booth I played ball with in High School I believe got drafted to the Cincinnati Reds. I'm not sure if he ever got out of the minors, but that was the last I heard. One of my closest dudes played pop warner with Gibril "GB" Wilson, who played for the NY Giants last season, I believe he got sent to the Raiders this year.

Used to play AAU basketball with Andy Mattingly, now dude plays D-end for WSU football, one of the best defensive players in the PAC-10. I know WSU is fucking horrible. But dude's a beast.

too many to list. but currently nathan haynes for the rays, and marcus maxwell who just got released due to injury by the Bengals. baseball against cc. d moroncola was a dolphin, lamont "hawk" thompson was a titan and a few others... shit i could name about 30 pro athletes i played with or against.

the b.v.a.l. was the best league in nor cal when i went to pinole.

damn thats a trip about marcus, we used to play 2 hand touch football back in elementary school at hercules elementary w/ the old school nerf footballs..i played bball at his house quite a few times too..always wondered what happened to the guy
