He's fighting Monson at that Bodog finale.

Fedor only signs one fight contracts now, so he is essentially a free agent.
He is not a free agent the reason he is fighting in bodog is because he has a clause in his contract that allows him to fight one fight out side of pride...He just signed a two year contract with pride so he will remain in pride for two more years.

From MMA Weekly (Dec. 4, 06)
Fedor is currently taking his bookings as a succession of one-fight contracts, with the next one being his December 31st fight in Pride, followed by his March fight with BodogFight. For fights after March, it's a pretty safe bet that every well-funded MMA organization in the world will be seeking Fedor's services, whether it's in the form of more one-fight contracts or an exclusive long-term deal.

Maybe he signed withing the last month, but I havent heard anything.

Fedor Emelianeko announced on his official website that he has signed a new 2-year contract with the DSE/PRIDE organization. The deal will see Fedor continue fighting for the promotion until the end of 2008.

Fedor stated the following regarding the signing:

The negotiations regarding my future with PRIDE are completed! I will soon be fighting in PRIDE again, next year, and the year after the next. I want to make my fans happy, and defend my belt!" -Fedor Emelianenko
