What’s up wit everyone here in the Northwest and on the Siccness. This is your boy Dugless. You may remember me from Paradine Records (Baby C and The 2-0-Sickness Albulation) or used to be called KayDubb on here too. Its been a minute since I been up here on the Siccness so feel free to hit me up. Anyway, I wanted to hip everyone to what we got goin on nowadays. Also I will be in contact with some of you about participation and hopefully some of you will listen to our shit and want to submit your music for airing on our podcasts. Anyway, we here at Stressed Out Entertainment started http://www.podcasterworld.com about a year or so ago. Now that the podcasting craze is picking up steam, we’re working on redoing the main podcasterworld.com site and will be launching http://www.hiphoppodcaster.com in the near future. We are trying to provide an outlet for everyone to have their own voice through podcasting and opening new avenues for people to preview/sell their music or whatever they want to do. Currently we are one of the most popular podcasting sites on the net. Generating well over 100,000 hits per month.
Anyway, I got my own show called, ironically, The Dugless Show. I play mainly hip hop. Anywhere from Mitchy Slick, First Degree The D.E. Tech N9ne, Mac Dre, Lil Wayne, Z-Ro, DJ Quik, Big L, etc. Anything I’m feeling at the moment. Another artist here at Stressed Out Entertainment named Sublyminal aka Blymm has a show called The Blymm Show as well. We both play mainly hip hop and you will also get a little commentary, comedy, interviews, cd reviews, basically anything we feel like doin.
The Blymm Show 5 is a show dedicated to Seattle Hip Hop so be sure to check that one out!!!!!!
So if you have an Ipod/mp3 player or at least a computer you can subscribe to our podcasts at podcasterworld.com and stressedoutradio.com or just check back every week or so for our new shit. If you have suggestions, comments, or music feel free to get at me. This is a Seattle based and Seattle run website so please check us out.

Below is some information about the history of podcasting and how it works in case you’re new to the podcasting thing. What is Podcasting
Podcasting was created by former MTV VJ Adam Curry and programmer Dave Winer. The term “podcast” describes the technology used to distribute audio content from websites to consumers. These audio files are called RSS files (Really Simple Syndication). Podcasting works the same way as a standard RSS feed reader or news aggregator (collector) works. The difference is that the feed you subscribe to contains an audio file.
Instead of reading these files in your RSS reader or aggregator, you can listen to the contents of your feed using a reader or aggregator that supports podcasting, or you can listen to them on an iPod or any other mp3 player.
What makes podcasting special is that it allows individuals like you to publish podcasts, radio shows, sermons, concerts, or anything you think interested listeners would subscribe to. Your listeners can automatically receive updates, downloads, etc., without having to visit a specific site and download them from there. Pretty cool, huh?!
Our goal at podcasterworld.com is to create awareness for both consumers and publishers about the possibilities of podcasting. Just think, now you can be your own DJ and have your own radio show with your own listeners. Plan and schedule events with multiple friends, share audio experiences, promote yourself and/or your business. At podcasterworld.com, not only do we make our own podcasts, we offer a variety of ways for you to create your own too. On our site, youÕll find podcasts from around the world as well as from your own backyard.
As a listener, podcasts offer you the freedom to hear what you want to hear when you want to hear it, accompanied by a diversity unavailable in any other media. Simply subscribe to your favorite podcast feed.
