Sy Sherman is a very special 9 yr. old from Salinas, Ca. In Feb. 2011 Sy was diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma an extremely rare form of liver cancer usually found only in adults. Children have less then a 1% chance of getting HCC. Sy and his family also learned that he has 15 golf ball size tumors & 15 smaller tumors in his lungs. Fast forward 6 months, Sy now has 9 rounds of Chemo under his belt & he’s fighting hard!!
