Im a teacher out here in Dago, and I just moved from a middle school in east dago to a high school out in the south bay (to remain nameless). I got several homies who teach here that helped me get the hook up, but one of them comes to me today with a small group of students who need an advisor for a club the want to start.

I'm thinkin, "DAMN...I just got here and already this fool is puttin me up to some mess."

"What's the club about?", I ask.

"The ---- ----- High School Hyphy Movement."

WTF?????????????????????

As a matter of fact, they produced a little video and put it on youtube. Somebody linked to it a while ago here on the siccness and they were clownin hard.

I don't listen to the stuff, but I have a hard time saying no to students that would rather be actin a fool on their own time than in class or on the streets. My homie said he would co-advise with me, so I went ahead with it. What in the hell have I gotten myself into????

Its funny I was talkin to a homie the other day..he been locked up..so Im talking about this hyphy shit and how some says its spreading in our clubs in L.A. Anyways I tell him we need to take it back to the 80s when shit like this wouldnt be allowed...i said if it was then the homies would bomb on sight anyone getting hyphy......
