does anyone know what Partners In Rhyme "Pager Checkin" is from 1990, i heard Playya 1000 was on it. also does anyone know about Playya 1000's group Small Town Playyas. they had one album that i know of called "What You Didn't Know Bout Life In A Small Town", and i wanted to know if it was released on cd and if they have another release because i know they have at least one tape only release?

Pager Checkin' came out in the mid 90's. They released a couple of singles/EP's before that (they had a full album recorded but it got shelved) but Playya 1000 wasn't on them. D-Rob did an appearance on It's A Natural Thang (EP version) though.

Can't Hold A Hustla was the album title by a Tulsa group called Tha Hustlas. it was a 9 track album produced by Playya 1000 .. not too sure who was in the group.

Yup it was a group called Hustlas, and Big B was not in that group for sure. It was a prety weak album as well...

i got that natural thang ep on vinyl. If anyone wants it lemme know. I dont bump it that much, although its a decent ep.

The DC Boys consist of Playya 1000, The D'Kster, Low Cut and ???.

Everything prior to Blame It On Society only came out on cassette and vinyl, so STP's, Reality, etc. CD's are reissues. Mo' Drama got re-released too (Collector's Edition).
