That might be true, but the GM will end up waiving him just like Nick the Quik, Doug Christie, George Lynch, Anthony Peeler the list just goes on and on. those are solid ass players now...

damn dog... i just have to say that devean george is garbage.. he has had his time to prove himself, and he hasnt really except for a little spurt in last years playoffs. the lakers wasted money resigning him

I dont know if he will be one of the "great" forwards, but I think when he finds a team where he gets a starting spot he will put up good numbers and help his team. The Lakers did not in any way waiste money resigning him.
