I found this on what looks like his official (for the record) myspace:

At this present moment, we are handing the marketing and advertising efforts for Minnie Mae Muziks recording artist, Playa Fly. This coming Summer 2006, Minnie Mae Muzik in association with Dee Money Entertainment are planning to release Playa Flys highly anticipated fifth album, Mafia All Day. The project is current slated to be released with the full support of national distribution from a major label. As a underground legend in the south, Playa Fly has been recognized as one of the prolific artists coming out of the southern region. With a loyal fan base, he has managed to move approximately a combined total of 250,000 units independently off his previous body of work. Playa Fly has produced a multitude of regional classics such as Nobody Needs Nobody, Just Gettin It On," featuring Gangsta Blac and his father, the late great Bill Chill respectively and the hood anthem "Crownin' Me," just to name a few. As the final days, of his sentence continue to count down, we are currently preparing for him to be released sometime in the very near future. After his release, from the Penal Farm in Memphis, TN, hes going back into the studio to finish recording new material for his upcoming album, Mafia All Day. Therefore, we are in the beginning stages of reaching out to various urban oriented/hip-hop related magazines and websites to line up interviews, inquiring about advertising rates in their respective magazines , and preparing to initiate the marketing campaign for the Mafia All Day project. Thanks for the legit info NuttKase.

Do yall remember he also recorded a brand new solo in 2003 with LifeSource. It never dropped yet. I remember bc I had dropped my Brimstone 2 album then and I was down south for promo and shows and I saw the promo for it back then.

Yeah I heard about it already but indeed its great Playa Fly is finally going to be released

Now more Playa Fly albums will finally come out :cool: :)
A Thaistik album
etc....

I wonder if Fly is still going to work with Blackout...?

Gangsta Blac didn't even work with Blackout on his last 2 albums

On his myspace it has that Horses track...he might he keeping some of those tracks he made like Horses for Mafia All Day

I have the Mafia All Day sampler that was put out awhile back...

It has 6 1 minute samples

Good looking out SPV. I agree with that one minute samples aren't enough but I just want to hear what Fly has got cooking up. Do you know or not if any of these songs are going to make the album when he gets out? Or is he scrapping them all and starting over?

Once again good looking out on the sampler.

I don't know if he's keeping some or not

on that myspace page of his or whoevers making it for him it has that horses tracks but with an actual verse and a thaistik track

I was raised and horses are must keeps...the other songs sound good but there only a minute long so I don't know really how good the tracks are for sure

I'm sure whatever Fly does Mafia All Day will be a great album
