PAL means european.

america and asia share the NTSC format because our tv's operate on a 60hz frequency where as pal is at a 50hz frequency (this is due to the equator)

if you've ever tried to play a pal ps2 game then you know that it skips and doesn't display properly on your tv.

you should just buy it from ebay that website isn't much cheaper after you figure in the conversion rate (about 90$) plus the UK's insane postage rate.

BTW NTSC PS3's can't change their frequency settings so if you're using a A/V hook up the game won't be playable.

f3ar 3 is region locked. meaning it won't play unless you have an appropriate console.
