According to an ''expert'' on espn earlier today, he'll more than likely face probation, as the gun wasn't used in direct threat to any person. I understand that with NY's strict gun laws (thanks, Bloomburg), they plan on prosocuting him ''to the full extent of the law'', but with the mayor saying ''especially'' someone in the limelight, as he's a ''role model'' to kids, I think that's ridiculous. Do not single him out as an example; if he should be prosocuted, ''just like everyone else'', treat him ''just like everyone else'', and don't use his celebrity status to prove your point, mayor.
Also...someone out there might pick up a very, very good WR in the near future, as there's rumbling that he won't play for the Giants again.
