A pimp who brutally beat a man with his Nike Jordan shoes is now suing the company for $100 million, saying it was Nike's fault for not putting a warning label on its shoes.
According to The Oregonian, 26-year-old Sirgiorgio Clardy of Portland, Oregon, repeatedly stomped on the face of a client with his Jordan shoes last year after the man refused to pay one of his prostitutes.
Clardy was found guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon and is sitting in prison, but now he's beginning a new legal battle -- with Nike.
Clardy filed a lawsuit, blaming Nike because the company failed to warn consumers that the shoes could be used as a weapon to cause serious injury or death.
