does anyone know where i can get a good picture converter i looked on download.com couldnt seem to find one.....

irfanview - thats the one I got you can view pictures full-screen, slideshow, or thumbnails and easily change the size, move the picture or change its format to bmp, gif, jpeg, png etc.
