First of all I gotta once again say a huge thanks to DJ Pimp for hookin up the super V.I.P. for us all day and night! It was straight Boss shit all night. We went straight to the hotel and met up with Rob Base, Kyle Rifkin, AP.9, Gorilla Pits, Gary Archer and D-Ray. From there we left in a big caravan of cars and headed to the HP Pavillion, but of course had to make a stop at the Liquor Store haha. Then we went straight in the back door of the stadium, in where the control area and all that is, seen the big ass shark that they bring out during hockey games back there haha. Rob Base had a dressing room with the Furious 5. Then we went and got our eat on, free food, we was fuckin it up haha, u know me and Gorilla Pits are some big boys haha.
The show was dope, nothin but classic hits from artists that we grew up on. Then Rob Base and Kyle Rifkin went up and did their set, classics. In the middle of their set, they did a dedication to the fallen Hip-Hop legends like 2Pac, Jam Master Jay and Biggie, but Rob Base also mentioned Mac Dre and the place fuckin erupted! So they do Rob's hit "It Takes 2" and then go into Kyle Rifkin's new single "What It Is" and what do they do, but bring up none other than AP.9 on stage with them and let him rock on Kyle Rifkin's single! That's 10,000+ fans, and AP getting to rock on a single that's produced by Grammy Award Winner DJ Vudu! We went and walked thru the crowd a little while after that and the crowd was LOVING AP, people were running down the isles, literally, old white women running down the isles chasing us with cameras and camera phones to take pics with AP. He even signed an autograph on a dirty napkin haha, it was hilarious! We hung out with the stars back stage and in the stage area all night, taking pictures and meeting everybody.
Then u know we don't stop, we do it movin always, it was straight from the Pavillion to the studio. Young Prophecy has some dope ass beats. Kyle Rifkin wanted to make a club banger, so they picked the beat, and Kyle came up with the hook, went in and laid it with the quickness, then AP.9, K-Loc of the Gorilla Pits and Czar put it down somethin serious! Then me and Czar dropped Kyle Rifkin safely back at his hotel about 2 or 3 in the morning, and we seen the girls from Company B just getting back in from the club. They still lookin good, the white one got ASS haha. And that concludes our story ladies and gentlemen. Drive safe!
Once again a Huge THANKS to Kyle Rifkin for bein a great host last night, showing us around, introducing us to everybody.
