Ok.. I shot this with my Canon Rebel XTI... stock ...

What do I need to work on? What settings should I use? ISO ?

What needs to be done to achieve a better overall product?

thanx in advance for your time.....

maybe editing and color adjustment tips....

little of the sharpness to it , where it'll jump out a little more.....

any tips on ISO setting and what not as well....
well there's 3 settings that make up a good shot.. shutter speed, iso and aperture. When you're out shooting and you push your shutter release button half way, you'll notice that in your viewfinder the camera's light meter is suggesting the correct exposure.. it all depends on what you're shooting and the lighting conditions.. but usually higher iso's = more noise. I shoot at 200 because thats the lowest my camera goes but for day shot or where lighting isnt an issue i use 400.

There actually are a few things you could do better:

- a bit more space above his head (You can cut his head but usually it only looks good doing close ups)

- The photo lacks contrast. You don't need to add too much contrast to it, like soem others here, but it just looks a bit too flat imo.

- I'm not really feeling the angle, but that's just an opinion anway

Keep on the good work!
