Whats good? Since today I have a lil problem with Photoshop, everytime I start there comes an error that a .DLL file is missing and I have to re-install the program. I allready installed it twice again but still same problem!? Any ideas? Thanks.

A .dll file probably is corupted or has been modified in some way and is now bad. Reinstalling it doesn't replace the file because it is already there when the install process copies it to the hard drive. Uninstall the application and delete the photo shop folder(after saving your files of course, if you even save them in there). Then reinstall photoshop to a fresh folder. All files will be new, including the .dll file that was fucked.

And on another note. The "corrupted" .dll file was more likely not "corrupted". Adobe uses shared files that other programs use too. Sometimes those other programs get updates and change the content of the .dll files. Just a thought I had. If you install an app the file only gets updated if it is older than the one installing I think.

Hope this works for yah. If not I can show you where to go to get cs2 9.0 :)

My head hurts :hurt:

Right when you click to open photoshop, hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT during it's boot. A window will popup, click ok. Re-open the program.

This may fix the problem I'm not sure though. But I think I had a similar problem before and that's what I did. It removes the current program settings but they are easy to get back the way you want them.
