I'm trying to apply to university for "Visual Communication" (Photo and Film) and I have to give them a folder of work. I decided to make a folder with photographics (and on top of that I will give them a teaser of my documentary). I put on all pictures a lyric that I thought fit to the picture and tryed to create a certain atmosphere / emotion. Let me know what you think ...




(The line is original from Equipto, I already changed that)

^^naw, he's saying he SHOULD use the one with the blunt...it shows courage to do what others wont do.

i'm feeling these pics for sure though, real cool concept with the lyrics. some of those would make sick ass PC wallpapers...esp the hennessy and blunt ones. good work though, keep it up mayne, u got a true gift...

Those are great. I'm trying to get my portfolio ready ahead of time so I can get accepted to either Flrodia A&M or Louisiana Tech. The Uni you're applying to does it give you a job at the end and do ya'll get assigned evaluations so that peers can critque it? lol..You might know. But that'll be good if you do go to a company after graduating. The first one is fabalous and the portrait of the boy is too. I'd try and get silhouettes different angles from a building, flowers, not just portraits of people. Make a variety and no doubt you'll get accepted thats if I was scouting. Go for hard shots as well. Things that can't get caught on camera too often. Good luck with that though.

Right, I don't know either, but If I do it I gotta change the lyric on it I think. Anybody got a nice idea what would fit?

@ roqk.on: Thanks for the feedback, yeah Im going to get some more in there, Im trying to put together a portfolio of 20 pictures. Right now I got a lot ready right now but I aint sure which one I will use. As far as the uni giving you a job, they dont but scouts from companys coming to the university and if you good enough they might get you in there ... if not you gotta find one yourself, but I try to be my own boss and run my own company so its all good.
