^ Its around $2,000. You can get a national certification, but I don't know why you would need one unless you were planning to work outside of California.

They have a good relationship with hospitals in the SF area, but right now is not a good time to be looking for a job as a student fresh out of school.

There's always work for a phlebotomist, but for the most part, they want to see a lot of experience.

Honestly, I would just take the one semester course at a community college.

The cost is like 10% of what it is through the private schools, so if you don't find a job immediately, you're not hurting as much as you would if you had to pay 2 racks.

LMAO GOOD ONE. i just finished the EMT progarm just recently(still gotta take the national regestry) i wanna keep my options open and with the EMT cert you can work with as an ER Tech if you're a phlebotomist. nursing tho isnt out of the question in the future. fuck it they get paid loot and its somethin the intrests me

might move to AZ or NV in the near future depends on if im needed out here

I've never heard of an ER tech having to have a phlebotomy license.
