Guilty or Innocent??? I think he is guilty. The DA doesn't have any hard evidence that directly links him to murdering his wife because they couldn't do an autopsy on the body because it was so decomposed.
But I think this punk is guilty because...
He never showed any kind of emotion during this TV interviews (if my pregnant wife came up missing I would be crying my as off)
He didn't take the polygraph test because he said that he would get nervous (if I was a juror that would have a strong influence on my decision to say that he's guilty)
He was fishing where the bodies washed ashore.
He's a liar and a cheater.
And before he got arrested he was near the Mexico border... with 15,000 geez cash, 4 cellphones, and he had grown a beard and dyed his hair. Plus he had business contacts in Mexico.
Too much suspicious activity to let this man walk free.
All of this doesn't make him a murderer but at the sametime it shows how selfish he is and I would not let this man walk free. I think he did it but he was clever because he got rid of the body and evidence so there would be "reasonable doubt" when he was to be put on trial.
What do you guys think? Innocent or guilty?
