To anyone who's been locked up for an extensive amount of time - what pushups routine do you do while you're locked up?
mine was 100 when i wake up, 100 when i go to sleep, and during the day sets of 50 with a 2 minute rest in between as many as I could until failure
what would you do to work the wrists...never could figure that out - got nice and swoll in chest and back but no forearms
