PAYPAL QUESTION (NEED ANSWER QUICK)

I'm about to cop something on Ebay that has to be paid in GBP, but the guy is tellin' me that I can't pay with USD.

But doesn't paypal do it automatically for you? Because that's what I'm using, and obviously we don't use GBP up here so yeah. I'm just making sure...
