Paying items through ccnow

Yup,

I bought cds on ebay from a guy from Croatia and he ask me to pay through ccnow as he can't receive his money with paypal.
ccnow allow me to pay either with my credit card or with a paypal account.
Does anyone have already deal with ccnow ?
Not that I don't trust that guy, he has 100% positive feedback, but I was wondering if I got a problem with him, will I be able to make a claim with paypal ?

I think it's from the same guy I just copped a CD from (southwestrap), I bought with ccnow and received the cd last week. I didn't pay right away because I wasn't sure about ccnow, but it fell thru.

southwestrap is legit, i know the dude since 1997.
he sellin whole collection over 1000 CDs deep.

That wasn't about the guy Southwestrap but about ccnow which is something that I didn't knew so I felt a bit suspicious. New way to pay, new site to give my credit card number etc... but I figured out that I don't need to give it.
Once again, I realize that paypal sucks while not allowing people from Croatia to have a pro account and receive payment.
