If it's a straight break, it should heal to be 100%. Breaks like that actually heal to be stronger then the original, and I know he has a great medical team around him.

Its the mental issue he is going to have to get past after he recovers.
Can you elaborate on breaks healing stronger? Whats the process or reasoning that this happens? I know you're in the med field so you know what you're talking about.

When your bones heal, your body goes into over drive to remodel the bone (deposit calcium ect.), and repair back together. It makes a ring/ cuff like thickness after (while) it heals.

reading a bit more that cuff of strength doesn't last forever, it will eventually remodel back to the normal size of bone, which will be no stronger or weaker. Mis-spoke a bit on my part.

It's weird how dudes play basically NO defense in the All Star game, yet this fool was trying to block THAT shot in a scrimmage and destroyed his leg for it.

I sprained the hell out of my ankle playing 1 on 1 with my brother in law and that ankle has been messed up ever since. Probably didn't help that I walked on it for like 12 hours over the next 2 days at a Dodgers game and Disneyland with my family but still. I eventually couldn't even stand on it and we rented a wheelchair. Should've done that the whole time, we got front of the line privileges on all the rides for the rest of the day.

who plays defense in the all-star game? the indiana pacers are a defensive team and PG does his part on the steals, hibbert is the one who should be getting all the blocks since george is a guard anyways
