California rapper Paperboy, best know for his 90's hit "Ditty", was arrested June 13 in Merced, California for allegedly selling marijuana. According to The Merced Sun Star, Paperboy (Mitchell Johnson) was pulled over by authorities in his 1990 Honda Accord. Reports suggest he had been watched for several weeks prior.

Paperboy was booked into the Merced County Jail on charges of possession and sales of marijuana, possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, and transportation of marijuana for sale.

Paperboy remains held at Merced County Jail on $20,000 bail. Fresno Action News reported that police are currently investigating the rapper's cell phone for information on his possible clients.

Merced Police Chief Tommy Martin said that Paperboy told the gang unit that he had lost all of his money from Rap and was living in poverty.

i hope not. i love eazy-e's music but Straight Off The Strees Of Mother Fucking Compton was 1 of the worst displays of rap music today

For real......?

I think "Str8 Off Tha Streetz" was a classic Eazy LP. Even though he did not complete it himself, I thought it had that grimy gangsta shit that Eazy liked to release.

"so when I die, niggaz bury me, make sure my shit reads Eazy muthafuckin' E, that's a fact to be exact, my tombstone should read he put Compton on that Map" that shit is classic, that quote isn't exact but close enough.
