when did I ever compare brees to farve???? All I meant was that I think Green Bay has got lucky this year and so did the saints last year.
Week 1 - GB vs Philly, they win 16-13 because of a Philly fumbled punt at the end of the game. Could have lost, got real lucky. It was an ugly game played by both teams.
Week 3 - GB 31 San Diego 24. SD was up 21-17 with only a couple minutes left in the game and Farve fired that short pass that went 50+ yards for the TD. Then Rivers throws an INT. Another real close game that came down to the very end.
Week 6 - GB 17 Redskins 14. Came down to the very end and Skins should have won.
Those are three games that came to the very end. Easily Pack could be 5-4. Props to them for NOT losing those games though.
My simple point - Packers may be a bit overrated and they probably aren't as good as their record indicates. Lucky for them however that pretty much every team in the NFC is weak.
