it says................prices it depends on who u are and I what kind of budget u working with and what a person actually wants done. I ain;t gonna lie to u on something I can;t deliver on ................

you just aint getting what i am saying. There are so many forms of "Promotion" or "Marketing" that you need to at least give the public a idea of what you do. It's fine to say prices are negotible but negotible for what? What exactly am i bidding on? I would be very interested in your services, as i own a independent record label with a roster of artists and a budget, if i only new what your services were.
