Had he not done what he did, where do you think he'd be right now? Do you think he'd be signed with Strange or off doin' his own thing? Next to Tech N9ne, I think he had the most potential out of the RDVs when it came to lyrical ability. Dude could really spit. Its a shame he threw all of that away.

statutory dose not mean he's a rapist. plenty of cases where dudes get suckered into sleeping with a women who is under age. i dont know his story but alot of ppl get labled a sex offender and to me a sex offender is someone who forces sex or touches a kid.

and the sodomy thing to me is stupid you should be able to fuck your girl in the ass.
that only for a few states though

shit in some state 16 is legal and that's just stupid. thats like saying hey your a raper if you fuck a girl in Kansas thats 16. but hey come to new york and you can fuck all the 16 year old girls you want.

i just think ppl need to get the whole story befor just assuming.

what mystical did bye forcing sex is more rape to me.

DEVIL'S POET, it was his daughter's ten year old friend, if I'm not mistaken. So while your argument might make some sense in some cases... this is definitely not one of them.

does it really matter? the guy is a rapist.
I love how ppl on this site actually take the time to READ shit before they decide to reply.:cheeky: I'm not condoning what the man did. I'm simply asking ppl where they think he would be right now were it not for that unfortunate situation.

It ain't like he'll see the light of day. In an interview Big Scoob did, he said Nitty got 65 years for that.

Shit, X-Raided was convicted of murder and a lot of muthafuckaz was on some "Free X-Raided" shit. Some probably still are. That gives me the impression that those ppl think that murder is the lesser of two evils. Like, "sure you can murder someone, but as soon as you touch a little kid, FUCK YOU. Doesn't make much sense. Shouldn't it be the same for both instances?

He would be another unknown KC rapper. Just like the other RDV's, excluding Scoob.
I see your point. I was tellin' Kool Wayne (via Facebook) that a lot of rappers in the town only strive for local success. A lot of 'em don't even do shows outside the city limits. Most are probably comfortable will the little bit of local success that they have though.

That's exactly how most people think. Both are bad. Molestation and rape victims at the least have access to resources, a chance to recover and possibly go on to live a happy and productive life. Some come out a stronger person as a result. Murder victims...well...don't get a chance at anything really. There's no coming back from that. Any and all chances and oppotunities are null and void.

Haha...well I thought oral sex was also considered sodomy as well. So in cases like these when sodomy's involved that could mean the perp forced them to suck it.

As for the question in hand, Short Nitty probably wouldve done Scoob numbers, more or less. Skills or not, don't think the marketability wouldve been there. Honestly, you could put out an entire RDV album on Strange, and it'd just be the die hard Tech fans that'd care.

So... Rape victims should consider themselves lucky?

Not in the least. But Mother A has a teen daughter who's victimized. Her innocence is no longer there, she may not be the same girl she once was. However, the mom helps her daughter through her recovery. She advances from the situation the bast she can, and goes on to live her life, maybe even becomes one of those who helps others possibly avoid the same situation in some way.

Mother B loses her daughter to a drunk driver. That's it. No helping her through recovery, watching her advance, living her life.

The perps in both cases eventually express remorse and regret, maybe even repent or whatever, for what they've done. Point is, more people would likely forgive...or give a second chance...to the person who atually took a life.
