The whamola is the instrument the guy in the monkey mask is playing.

The base of the body is 1"x1.75"x6' and made with red oak hardwood.

These patio door pulleys will serve as pulleys for the string as it passes through the body of the instrument.

The angle brackets will create the bend necessary for the bridge.

The bridge

The area in which the pulley will be placed.

And with the pulley installed

This is what happens when you hammer too hard on the saw horse and the stain can falls to the ground

This stain is supposed to be "jade", but it's more "teal" than anything

It looks better as a super thin coat

Sad times...

I'll update this post with pics as it progresses.

I know you're not nearly as fucking stupid as your post lets on, Sawyer.

I posted the vid at the top of the first post so you can see what I'm building.

Very cool LDS. I seen Les Claypool in concert earlier this year feb. or march and it was one of the best shows iv ever been to. He played quite a few bass guitars and pretty sure this was one. Primus is coming to my town in a few weeks, looking forward to that show alot.

I keep pumping myself up to seeing him, but then not being able to go to shows or festivals around me because of my work schedule. I'll get to see him jam soon, though.
