Does anyone know at what point the state of Missouri issues a suspension of your license? The fine state of Missouri sent me the first letter letting me know that I've got five points accumulated for speeding just 24 hours after receiving my newest ticket. The bastards have been holding out this information and now I'm at a loss as to whether or not I'll lose my license. Do any of you know how I could plea for my license not to be revoked if it's close to the suspension point? All my dealings have been with Arkansas and I've never received a "point accumulation" letter from them.

sounds like you need to start driving under the radar a bit , watch for cops, know the patrols of where they like to sit and most importantly if your not wanting tickets and points on your record and possibly have a suspended license DONT BREAK THE LAW

FUCK. "If you accumulate 8 points in 18 months, your license will be suspended. Here's to hoping they only give me 2 points for the ticket I just received. That would put me at 7.

Driving is a privilege, not a right. You can lose your driving privilege if you
disobey the traffic laws. When you are convicted of a traffic violation, while
your vehicle was in motion, the department receives notice and adds points
to your driving record. This isn’t like a football or basketball game — you
don’t want these points. You can lose your driving privilege when you
accumulate too many points.

See mayne you was goin bout it all wrong. you was tryin to make it to the palyoffs and shit! lol

LOL That's some stupid ass shit right there. I read that and was like "No shit? /sarcasm". It must be my turn in the gauntlet. I;m finna start driving my Impala again. Every ticket I've gotten in the last year has been because I matched speed with other motorists and they chose me to write a ticket to. Hell, on Sunday I was doing 83 and there was a guy passing me and the cop pulled me over. I'm finally beginning to resent the bright and attractive color of my car. At least my Impala looks like a grandpa car from the outside.

I don't have hundreds of dollars to give a lawyer man. I'll probably have to plea with them to allow me to pay the ticket in chunks.
Yeah, but if you get a good lawyer that would let you pay him off over a period of time, in the long run you'll save money. I got a ticket for doing 63 in a 25 and my insurance went up from 100$ a month to 175$ a month for the next 3 yrs. so it pays off in the end. Why don't you sell one of your whips if moneys that tight?? lol
