mine are:

busta rhymes - true talent, one of a kind, cant wait for his new work
lupe fiasco - real motherfucker, raps about worthy shit, unique flow
t.i. - brings heat, runs shit even while in jail, does whatever he wants
jay-z - as much as i want to hate him he comes with some tight shit

Haha as a matter of fact FUCK mainstream .. I like those mainstream artists and a couple more that i havnt mentioned but underground music has the TALENT and CREATIVITY which is sadly mainstream's worst enemy.. insightfull lyrics, true vibes, boom bap beats, and no boundries to what you can play wit... That's what underground is, which is hip hop .. hip hop is Something that each individual can mould into their own style also a form of expression, copying everyone else isnt hip hop yo ... Fuk MTV

I just mean like i dont listen to alotta mainstream no more.. and to the dude who said SO just Tech and Strange? theres more underground then just those catagories.. recently all i been listnin to is TECH N9NE, Kottonmouth Kings, Hed P.E. and M.I.A. seeing as how shes on MTV now on all the commercials i guess that counts as mainstream..

I listen to old nelly stuff but he went to shit... 50 cent and Kanye always sucked to me although i gotta rep the CHI with kanye and Stonger was a good song
