no, he's just been working out exactly how to go forward now that he has complete creative control over his music and direction.
One listen to the clips will tell you this album is nothing like "To Whom It May Concern" or the mixtape he dropped earlier this year.

Sandman is raw. Tech needs to get his as a producer.

I agree, he's always had a talent for making raw beats but he's really perfected it over the past 5 years.
