hes def nice with the punches and metaphors. his 1st album is dope, but he didnt really have any stand out songs, its a cool album to listen to once in a blue moon...i tried to listen to his newer stuff a few times, the most recent time was about a year ago, and i just never could get into him that much. id rather just listen to him featured on other peoples songs.

checc out Here to Save You All by him its like mid-90's I thincc but I always dug that album very good lyrically and he talks alot shit on the album, sound quality below average.

Also Poisen Pen its newer just a few yrs old I thincc also is a cool ass album a couple 5 star tracks on there in my opinion, both albums are definitely worth the cash.Good to see Chino gettin some love, been a fan of his for a while.

Chino is dope. "I Told You So" is my favorite album from him.
Even if his flow is offbeat why does it matter, his lyrics and just style of content are good enough to make him dope.

"here to save you all" was way before its time, so much word play and content on that album. he went off on damn near the whole industry on that album. the intro on that album alone let you know it was gonna get ugly. too bad the industry didnt find it amusing. "i told you so" seems to me like he watered himself down to be accepted so that album i wasnt feeling much. "poison pen" is good shit though "beastin" with killah priest is insane, "wordsmith" is incredible how he word plays. been a fan of chino since 96. i think tech and chino xl should work together more. or maybe strange should sign him

His new album is supposed to have Tech N9ne, Immortal Technque, Bun-B and even unreleashed vocals from Big Pun.

Chino is a beast. One verse that can almost sum up his incredible skills in one is "Enough Beef" off of Sway and Kng Tech's "Back 2 Basics" Common and Royce Da 5'9 are on it and the great DJ Premier did the beat.

Chino has always come correct on tracks, people are just looking for shit to complain about just because he's not as clean on tracks as Tech. But Chino brings a certain rawness and edge to the table while Tech is sounding more and more commercialized and generic
