There's one up around New York I believe, owned by Patrick Grant. He brought a lawsuit against Tech & Trav because of it too which is also why our Strange is "Strange Music Inc."

EDIT: Seems there may now be a third (and probably a hundred other "basement record labels") named Strange Music.

I wasn't sure because I've known a few businesses put the incorporated on for liability purposes. That's good to know Strange will continue to be Strange.
