Actually I heard there were a handful Nortenos in Las Vegas. Like Oso said, the Crip/Blood thing isnt anywhere near as consistent as the Sureno/Norteno thing. Southerners and Northereners have an actual goal (no matter how far fetched) to wipe the other out entirely. Crips and Bloods in LA dont seem to have any more beef with one another than they do with their own kind. As you may know, more Crips have killed Crips than Bloods have and the same goes for Surenos that have killed Surenos. Thats why on that Maravilla post I pointed out that they aren't really more of a threat than any other hood even though they dont pay taxes.
