origins of the saying Money Power Respect?

I was jus wonderin if anyone knows where the sayin has come from.

Scarface used it in the film and the scarface computer game is called Money Power Respect.

Did the film create this expression or has someone before him come up wid it?

I found a website about Gotti that mentions it (http://www.evesmag.com/gotti.htm)

the streets teeming with numbers runners, hijacked goods, saloons, corrupt cops, money, power and "respect."

Its not the information I want tho.. Ill have a book soon about the music industry which talks about money and power but I dont think its what im looking for either lol

Who created the expression? Money Power and Respect.
If people are rapping about it, then people are talking about it and writing about it!
I need to find out the origin of this and why it has such a strong appeal
