Hi,

Somebody can say to me which is at the origin of this music. The registered date from 1999 by Cut Killer. I remember having listened to it 2, 3 years before. Maybe that I make a mistake !

there another title ?

You probably remember it off of N.W.A.'s 1988 album "Straight Outta Compton" album. They used it on their song called, "If It Ain't Ruff", BUT the original beat is the Average White Band & Ben E. Kings 1977 song, called, "Star In The Ghetto".

Horace Brown is an R&B singer.

Hopefully I answered your question. My Dad (R.I.P) used to play the original song all of the time.
