Open Course Ware

anybody heard of this? by 2007 MIT should have all there classes online avaliable for free. lecture videos, notes, quizes, links, etc.

anybody ever wished they can just take a class at there own speed? or wished they can take more courses to futher there education? i think this is a great idea.
