wow i just got a open container ticket tonight wonder how much they cost....the cop was hella of coo he could of got me for a dui but he let me go..........

sucks to be you...there aint no open container laws in germany....my homie got pulled over for a broken taillight while i was sittin right next to him sippin on a bottle of henn in one hand and a 2liter of sprite in the other....polizie was like...hallo with their thick ass accents since they can tell we american by the licence plates ' license and registration plase' gave him a fix it ticket and said 'have fun at the club guyz'! haha

shit u got HELLA lucky...

i dunno if it still is but in Texas you used to be able to not only have an open cotainer within reach, but you could DRINK WHILE YOU DRIVE. As long as u don't get drunk.
