JR made Daniel look like a super hero in the ring the way he was calling that match.

I just dont get why WWE would let him go? That was also the 1st time I really gave a damn about Jack Swagger lol...

I hope he at least does a few more guest spots or is the Raw GM.

I doubt they let JR go, didnt he leave on his own? Best part of the night was listening to May Young talk shit that was funny also Rod Simmons making his appearance using that patented catch phrase. I liked Roddy Pipers speech to Cena but being WWE Champion nowadays is not nearly as prestigious. Nothing great about Raw tonight. Not expecting much from Survivor Series

I remember reading somewhere that he was let go.... basically because he was to old. It may have been mentioned in his blog but Im not sure.

Mae Young is a BEAST lol..the only thing I wish they did was have Mark Henry come and hug his baby momma lol.

Pipers speech was good. Im glad he can still work the mic and at least try to help put this match over. I also like the way he talked to Wade...that shit when he told him to look @ him had me dying!!

I agree that being the champ isnt what its cracked up to be anymore, but I think SS will be ok.

My guess is the GM is one of three people: JR, Cole, or HHH.

It would be great to have JR back and just run with a three man announce team, with Cole playing the heel and King trying to play the center...

as far as the show, it was alright.. which, compared to most of the Raws as of late, means it was fucking amazing and borderline orgasmic.

You guys are all very wrong when it comes to JR. He had some health issues on a plane, they sent him home to recover. He works in development as was never let go by the WWE. He just doesn't commentate anymore.

It was good to hear J.R. again. The whole segment/match while he was out there was good. Cole continues to show growth and even some ability out there now. I might be a Cole Miner.

I liked the retro stuff. Logo, ropes Mean Gene interviews but I could care less about seeing Hacksaw and Nikolia and that shit.

Not a bad raw but I would have been fine with just 2 hours.

imo they should just keep the old school wwf arena from last night for atleast a couple months taht will be tight.

far as the show it was cool but wasnt shit to me far as living up to teh old school bc most the old school stars are dead or near death and couldnt be on there it wouldve been tight to see the rock, vader, stone cold, jake the snake, bret hart, flair, hogan, papa shango/godfather, savio vega, sid, hbk, hhh, chyna, xpac, macho man, ultimate warrior demolition, undertaker(i know he injured a promo or funeral parlor segment wouldve been the shit). too bad we will never see rick rude, bam bam bigelow, mr perfect, earthquake, crush, british bulldog, owen hart on tv ever again
