Old School question for anyone???

i came up on an old 415 Bigg Ocean Mobb promo album (but it's "IV.1.5") from 1990', a single called ghetto radio produced by Khayree, came off the full album "wrangler tuff"...anyone know if this the same 415 from the town? double RR 415?....who can put me up on old school game?
