old band shirts vs new band shirts

What do you guys think of the new band shirts bands are coming out with? The ones that have the print all over the shirt, like this:
MOTORHEAD
or
JUDAS PRIEST
do you think they’re too flashy? Do you prefer the older, simpler designs? Personally I think they’re really cool and they look nice, but I’ve also heard other people say they’re too busy. What do you guys think? Would you wear it?

When we were young we used to get hand me down clothes from my older cousin. My brother wore an Iron Maden t-shirt to his summer program in elementary school and they made him turn it inside out and they told my mom never to let him wear it there again or they wouldn't let him back.
